I found that Carmel takes great pride in their property. The property is extremely clean, the mantenance staff was very responsive and the few repairs that I had done were done not as a quick fix but properly, the staff is very friendly positive and caring. The interior of the apartment was not standard but a little extra, I felt that I was getting what I was paying for and more.
