Upon moving in, my husband and I loved the place! We had an awesome location and it was generally peaceful and parking was not an issue. About 6 months into the 2nd year of our lease everything went down the drain. People moved in below us that were BEYOND ghetto. There r like 10 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment that would slam thier doors, play loud music and let thier 8 kids run up and down the stairwells and harrass the dogs below until the dogs went crazy. The manager NEVER returned any phone calls and I actually had to call the police. The parking was TERRIBLE the last couple months so that at 11pm when I got home from nursing school I had to carry my one year old baby clear across the complex. It was scary. The maintanance staff was very friendly as were the night managers, but about 50 percent of the office staff were beyon dumb. I dealt with a few who were very efficent and helpful, so I can't say that everyone there was terrible. We finally got to the point that when it was time to renew our lease, we decided instead of living there anymore we would rather stay with our parents and buy a home. The conditions were not the same as they were 2 years ago, and we felt sometimes like we were living at a frat house. They're definately not up to the standard they once were. Most of my other neighbors, were very nice, quiet, clean and respectful, so overall it was just alright. If noise and notever getting calls returned is not an issue to you than this place would be great.
