This apartment was great; my neighbors were not. I can't fault Del Mar for that though. Because they are a Lewis Community, they let us transfer our lease. We didn't want to wait for our neighbors to be evicted. I was really impressed by how willing they were to work with us. My roommate moved to Homecoming, which was a great experience for her, and I moved to another apartment complex. I wish our neighbors hadn't have been sucky because I really loved our apartment layout and maintenance staff. I love Lewis, and I would rent with them again. The only issue I had with this apartment was parking. They were really strict about parking. We had two parking permits, and it was a pain for my bf. If I wanted him to be able to spend the night, I would have to get him a pass, but I wouldn't always know ahead of time that he was going to come over so we would always have to park accross the street at the park. One time, his car was towed. That was a really aggravating experience. We couldn't really have a lot of people over because of the parking situation. But, we knew what we were getting into, and those of us with a pass never had issues trying to find a space.
