I lived there shortly in the summer of 2003. First of all, they failed to tell me you pay for trash, water, and sewage. And then lied and told me all apartment in Rancho do the same. Their staff was very unprofessional and down right rude. The grounds were full of trash. The bathrooms at the pool were always locked due to vandals. Not only did they keep my deposit, they charged me an additional 200, I left the apartment emaculant. The appliances are dated from the early 80's and don't work half the time. If you are going to charge so much rent, upgrade your apartments.
