Nice complex but half truths

I moved to Evergreen Apartments 12 months ago. The staff said that I would switch to a month to month lease after the first year. They failed to say that the rent is raised more than $300 per month if you don't sign another 12 month lease. Of course the rate was raised with the 12 month lease but just $60.
Water from the rain drains to my apartment sidewalk. There has been little down to correct this problem and the sprinklers frequently fail-- no surprise that I almost fell (and was carrying a computer at the time).
