Since I have lived here I have seen too many staff changes in the rental office. Never with any improvement until this past year. The maintenance staff never leaves you wondering when something will be fixed. They are all very friendly instead of acting as if they are bothered to help you like ones in the past. The people in the office always greet with a smile instead of ignoring you once you have moved in.I once had a financial situation that resulted in my rent being late. I came in and spoke to one of the girls that I was directed to and she was very understanding and she didn't make me feel like just an apartment number. What I am mostly impressed with is that I see the manager outside the office handling situations. That is something you don't see often. I was thinking of moving to a cheaper place to live, that is what brought me to this site, but when I consider everything, I feel it is worth it to stay.
