Evergreen Apartments are horrid. I moved out 7 weeks ago and still have yet to get my deposit back. The manager refuses to return my calls. While I was living there they did nothing about noise complaints, the hot tubs were frequently cold, the first three sets of keys they gave me did not work, the office staff is incredibly rude and the turnover is so high you never know who to talk to. When my lease was up they raised the rent 200 dollars a month. Here is an idea keep the rent resonable and keep good tenants who pay the rent on time and never cause any problems happy.
