I lived there a couple of months ago and from the begining to the end the staff is rude. The first day I walked into the apartments to get quotes and so on I was not recognized until I spoke first. When I lived there things were falling apart and it was weeks before maintaince would come and fix anything. I feel like you pay so much for rent the least they could do is have wonderful customer service ( which I shouldnt nee to ask for it should just come natural) and to have things fixed on time. I will never again recommend anyone to the apartments.

95% of apartments have rude managers and staff lol, did you have any real problems besides rude staff and manager? Maintenence is never on top of their game at any apartment.
