We moved here from out of state sight unseen. The apartment was newly remodeled and very clean. The units are very tiny. Our apartment is was near the front--hence the grounds in the front were kept up better. The traffic is fairly noisy. Overall, the apartment served it's purpose while we looked into something more long term. The office staff does indeed have a high turn over rate--I really could care less about the office staff....I never really needed anything nor am I a pesky renter.
