Well I moved here from Upland, CA thinking with the major rent increase to a nicer area I would love it. I was super excited to move to Rancho but within a few months noticed this place wasn't anything special and a bit overpriced. First of all the apartment is small, we were promised all Whirlpool appliances and the washer and dryer turned out to be Kenmore. Not a biggie, but still don't lie! Then we noticed the walls are awful thin here. I can hear the next door neighbors tv and normal conversation from my living room couch through my door 6feet over and through their door. And more recently noticed their carelessness when it comes to maintaining the property. We have neighborhood hoodlums trashing all 3 pools and when I point out who they are they don't seem interested in taking care of it. Then I ask if I can use one of the many other Lewis Community pools and the answer is a blunt NO! What''' I can't even go swimming in this community due to the toilet paper in the pool as well as hair floating around and a disgustingly cloudy mess in the pool. Which I complained about several times and they claim not to find any toilet paper even though everyone I ask sees it too.

I am seriously let down with this community.

The only thing I enjoy is the events planned here are ok and sometimes nice.
