Not sure about what some people were complaining about. Anyway, it was great living here. It was not too noisy, except on very few occasions with a troublesome neighbor. However, the night manager would respond if you called about a noisy neighbor. That neighbor was not there for very long, so that was good. The maintenance crew was fairly responsive and were competent in their work. The repair job would not require several trips and the people were always courteous. My only gripe would be that the rent was a little high. However, the cost of living and property costs are really high in California, so I guess it would be on par.
I would have stayed longer but I had to move to a larger place.
