Fairway Palms is a new apartment community in Rancho Cucamonga. The complex offers a good amount of ammenities such as a pool and spa, clubhouse and workout facility. All are state of the art facilities. Each apartment has all of the appliances included including full size washer and dryer. As far as the property is concerned it is very nice and well maintained. However, management has serious issues. The staff seem to be very incompetent at times. Especially at times when you most need them. Two weeks to complete a maintenance work order is unacceptable. Many maintenance requests go without any attention. Fairway Palms is a gated community except that the gates never lock. People stick pieces of bark in the lock so it does not fully shut. I have even seen management do this. Not the example you would want to see your office staff set. Attitude also seems to be a problem in the office. My wife and I have often been greeted with rudeness even when doing something as simple as picking up a package. The property is great but when you have to deal with a staff such as the one at Faiway Palms living there is just not worth it. My wife and I will relocate once our lease is complete. I would not recommend this property to anyone due solely to the inadequate staff on hand.

I am a resident at Fairway Plams and I have to disagree with your comment that the staff is rude and incompetent. I that it was just one bad experience that you might have had. I have never personally been treated like that. I don't think that it is reason to move out because of the staff.
