I have lived at many places in the Southern California area, and Fairway Palms is on the top of my list. It is nice to walk into the office and the staff know you by name. They are always willing to help and if it is something that they can't do right away it is taken care of at the first chance that they can. The maintance staff is very courteous and prompt. The grounds are well kept and looking nice all the time. I love living at a place where you can get to know you neighbors. I would have to recommend Fairway Palms for ant one that is looking to move into the area.
