I have lived in several different apartments and Fairway is the nicest by far. When first getting started the office staff proved to not be united, however once the original person I worked with came back it went smoothly. They really worked with me and my move. I haven't had any problems with the appliances. They are always giving out information. They are even having little parties to get the community together. They recently went under new management. That can be scary thing for both the residents and employees but it went smoothly and they have made even more positive changes.
