The apartments themselves were nice and the grounds were kept up and the Maintenance team is awesome! They are always willing to help and are timely and so nice! But, the renting reps and the management either mess up on something, or they lose your paperwork or take a week or 2 to get back to you or even forget to get back to you. I LOVED my apartment and the quietness most of the time even though the price was a little ridiculous but cringed everytime I had to call the office because I knew that I would get sent to a few different people before anything was figured out. Ugh! Just one big headache!
