Apartment staff never answers the phone or returns messages, and when you go into the office (if they're there) they are soooo slow, they always get lost in the back room for a long time. They never, ever tell you if they have a package there for you from Fed-Ex. The pool and spa are filthy, lots of dead bugs and worms and hair (!) floating in it, and the spa has been broken for about 3 weeks now. They allow dogs, which is why we moved here, but that also means lots of barking dogs left on the patios all day and all night long. Don't even bother complaining about anything ever, they'll just laugh. There is a group of hoodlum kids who are about 8 years old who steal stuff off cars (tire caps, hood ornaments). Oh, yeah, and there are water spots on the ceiling in a couple of rooms from leaks in the upstairs apartment, so we're just waiting for their tub to cave in on us. Some punk kids speed their super-loud motorcycles all night long on the sidewalks through the complex. Other than that, its great here.
