I think everywhere you live, there are pros and cons. It's hard to relate to some of the reviews here because I find my unit in my particular building quite quiet.
Because I keep to myself, i don't see the staff as being mean...they've always accommadated me. I had one misunderstanding, but it was resolved within a day. No problems and I don't see why anyone wouldn't have a good experience here.
