Everyone, it seems, that is on the payroll is rude and doesn't know how to do anything except deposit your rent payment. The entire management staff doesn't do their job. You have to complain many times before anything is done. Oh, and if you need something fixed in your unit, be patient, cause it takes two weeks.

wait you forgot the best part. not only do you wait (2 weeks, wow that was fast), but then they charge you for their defective stuff! i thought that was why we paid the high rent?

What did they charge you for? I am looking for former renters that were not refunded thier deposits. They kept my deposit for "repairs" that were not ligitimate.
