This is one of the better apartment communities in the area. The apartments are very nice on the interior, good-sized and have a nice layout. There was a lot of turnover in management staff during my 3 years. The staff can be pretty disorganized and non-responsive at times. I never had any parking problems or noise issues with my neighbors but that depends a lot on the location of your apartment and how much you want to spend. While there were a few obnoxious people in the complex, my particular neighbors were great. I had some really terrific neighbors on my floor.
I had a one-bedroom apartment with a den that was more on the interior, away from 4th street, on the top floor with a view of the golf-course and a garage. It cost more to have the den but it was great for a home office and 900 square feet is a pretty good-sized one bedroom apartment. It cost a little more to be on the top floor and to have a the golf-course view but I never heard any noise from any of my neighbors and I was away from the parking lot so it was a lot more quiet there.
Picking a building further away from the street helped with noise too. It cost a little more for a garage but I always had guaranteed parking and knew that my car would be safe. So if you want a quiet apartment with a nice view and don't want any parking hassles, then pay for a top floor apartment on the golfcourse-side with a garage and don't pick an apartment right next to the street.
People that didn't want to pay to be on the top floor or pay for a garage or chose an apartment right next to the street really have no business complaining about noise or parking. You get what you pay for. There are plenty of older, cheaper apartment communities in the area if you want to pay less money.

they really did not handle the paving right. and it was almost funny how many times they had to cancel due to rain. maybe next time they'll plan for it during the seasons that don't have a lot of rain! they weren't able to accomodate for residents with handicaps or issues. they should have hired security and they should have used their carts to help with the morning and evening comings and goings of the residents.
