ironwood is a gated community but still suffered broken in garages a few months ago, some cars in the outside were broken in, they had to post flyers to watch out and they did increase patrolling at night...the new target that opened across the street is nice, its true, and very convenient. rent is getting high on our renewal, ironwood still is on top of our list for renting but t here are safer and better choices in rancho cucamonga..... we must be on the good side of the complex, i dont see how lil mexico exists in this community like the other poster claimed.

I've lived here at Ironwood going on two years now. I first lived on 4th street(ironwood)then my wife and I had a baby so we moved to a 2X2 on the 5th street side (fairway Palms). So I've lived on both sided and I haven???t yet experienced lil Mexico lol. I would have to comment on "safer and better choices in Rancho" I currently work for Rancho P.D. and I would have to disagree. Ironwood/Fairway Palms is a part of a Drug and Crime free program that is offered through Rancho P.D. Above all "Crime" doesn???t have an address, it can happen anywhere. I find this place really pleasant. We recommend it to most here at the department.
