I moved in here after being dissatisfied with my previous apartment for many reasons. I love my apartment floor plan, location on the golf course, washer and dryer in unit, and ample closet space! I had a few maintenance issues my first month, but the maintenance man took care of them promptly and completely and was professional and courteous to boot! The office people are nice and really want to help, they even know my name among so many residents. My leasing agent, Antonio, was wonderful as well. If for some reason you need to break your lease, Ironwood won't gouge you like most other places, they have a reasonable lease buy-out. The only negative is that there is not enough parking spaces if you ever want to have guests. I have read reviews that complain about noise, but at my location it isn't a problem. I would definitely recommend Ironwood.
