My family and I have lived here for three and half years and allthough I have been fortunant enough not to have many of the problems that other people would have I wouldn't recommend this community. The parking is a nightmare!! Now they have put into place a parking program that so far is easing on the parking especially at night however they are now limiting the number of guests that are "allowed" to stay overnight in each apartment and if a guest comes you have to go to the leasing office to get a guest pass so your guest's car does not get towed away!! Another problem that I have is that I rented out the club house for a 6 year old birthday party and since it is right next to the pool we decided to make it a hawaiian theme so the kids could go swimming. Well...that was when we were told of you rent out the club house you are not allowed to go to the pool!! What the hell'!'! Makes no sense to me. Oh and they may offer "non-smoking" buildings, but if your neighbor smokes on the patio and you complain, they do absolutly nothing for you and the whole reason I live in a non-smoking building is because I have really bad asthma...but do they care...NO!! The staff in the office are RUDE!! This place is definitly not worth the price that you pay!!
