Jamboree Apartments in my mind are the best apartments in the area. They are clean spacious and very well taken care of. I had the Alton and it was awesome, never had any problems with the apartment itself. Ok enough of the priase here comes the catch.
The complex cares nothing about you, your privacy or the fact that you are paying big bucks to live here. Here you pay a big rent for what you would expect to be good service and respect.
First, the parking situation. I moved in April 2003, I have seen it all. They will tow your car no matter what. Mine was parked in from of my garage, as I was taking in my groceries. I guess 20 minutes to unload them is too long. They said they were called for another car and when he moved it scoped the complex until they found one, mine! I complained to the manager and she laughed in my face. I did however fight twoo and nail to get them to split it with me. Please avoid at all cost the office staff, they are very fake and two faced.
Second, Garage Inspections. They have them every couple of months or so. They are intrusive and shady. I do not like the staff having access into my apartment everytime they say its "Garage Inspection".
Overall, I can't wait to get out, I know of people that have moved out and tried to get an inspection to leave and the staff did not show for the inpsection. The complex then charged them for the extra days they were in their apartment for not completing the inspection. Becareful here. Lease at your own risk. Watch you back they will stab you any way they can.
