Ants, Ants, & more Ants. They come from everywhere. The management are a bunch of jerks, and seemed to be bothered when asked for help. They leave notices on the doors at least once a week, in regards to policy changes, rules, rules, rules. This is truly one of the most impersonal apartment complexes I have ever lived in. People pay good money to live in this prison, and should be treated like decent human beings. The garage inspections are frequent, and intrusive, but most of all very inconsistent. I have seen numerous garages with so much junk in them, you couldn't park a bicycle in it, let alone a car. It just shows you what corporate america has turned our society into. If you live by the park area, be prepared for late night teenage parties that include, broken glass, fast food containers everywhere, and again a lack of attention by management.

The apartments themselves are in good shape, but they are new. With the poor management, and maintenance, they will soon become just one more apartment complex amongst thousands in this great state. Good managers, and nice people in general are what make me want to stay in a community, I can't wait to get paroled from this place. I will spend my money where someone will appreciate it.

The girls working as managers, are just overdressed, prissy, snotty, power hungry, nobodies that move from apartment job to apartment job, looking for a free place to live. Doesn't sound much different than a prostitute to me. Maybe you should try smiling at someone other than the people that have something to offer you. It might get you somewhere in life.

I know for a fact that those leasing agents, the girls you refer to as "prostitutes", DO NOT get free apartments, but they do get a small discount on their rent.

You are so right! Prostitutes! Yep! They are. The office staff are nothing more than liars and cheats. Ants? that sounds expensive to get rid of them. Try rats and child molesters. Thieves that steal cars and break into you units with master keys!
