If you like loud music at all hours of the night this is the complex for you. Loud music permiates this complex with little being done by the management. We complained several times, but the music continued.

In addition to the home stereo's blasting, people like to cruise the complex with bass blasting music

We also had major ant problems from June through September. Spraying did not help!

If you live directly above a garage, expect your apartment to rattle everytime someone opens their garage door. This is a nice feature, especially at 3am

Parking is a major, major issue. Their solution is to have you park on the street. Many people here also have more than 2 cars here and they load their garages with junk which has an impact on the number of free parking spaces.

If you have the time, I'd advise you to look around before renting here. Our first impression of the staff should have been the deal breaker for us.

There are other options. Don't let the 56% rating fool you :)
