When I saw the apartmens complex I was very impressed, then I moved in. Parking is a nightmare, Noise level is terrible especially if you are facing the street, and ants are a CONSTANT problem throughout the year! I did not renew my lease becasue I wanted to move somewhere where there was less noise and less bug problems. Oh by the way just because its gated does not mean its safe, I spoke to people who had their cars stolen, broken into and saw vandalism in the clubhouse. One other thing that I must warn you about is the deposit, you will not get any of it back!! I cleaned for two days straight to leave the place spotless and in move in condition, yet they still charged me an additional amount for their cleaning fee portion!! They are in business for the company not for you. They also take forever to take care of maintenance problems, especially landscaping around the non-visible apartmens. I still live here and I am simply not impressed with Lewis Homes. Right on up to the President, they do not care about Customer Service nor will repond as decent human beings to legitimate complaints.

Felt foolish in cleaning the apartment and getting charged more for cleaning it right? Welcome to Lewis Homes business model. You are among hundreds who got ripped off. This is clearly not a nice company and an unsafe place to live.

If you read your lease when you sign it there are 2 pages that explain the move-out cost!!!!!! This simply lets the rest of us know that you did not take the time to read it!!!!!!!!!!

I don't recall any move-out costs. I am pretty sure I received everything back. I do not recall any problems with the move out.
