I weighed the pro's and con's of living at this community and have rationally come to the conclusion that what you pay for is not equal with the level of value expected. I enjoy the space and the quiet atmosphere here at Jamboree....but the negative appears to outweigh the positive. My appliances are always on the blink (fridge changed out once, washer broken down twice, hot water heater out multiple times, leaking pipes with damage to the walls requiring the plumber to remove a large portion of the wall and ceiling), the carpets were dirty upon my move in, the ANTS come in droves, and my neighbors constantly park in the fire lane making it impossible for me to pull in or out of my garage. I have complained both to the office and corporate staff about the neighbor leaving her vehicle parked in this fire lane...nothing changes. The stress of the neighbors and poor quality of the appliances alone make me POSITIVE that I will not renew my lease. Please rent here but only with a very informed decision. Several reviews are acurate and not just the ravings of delusional renters.

It seems a lot of section 8 freebie renters are here that ruin it for all the other paying customers. These low-lifes park their Escalades and other bondo cars without courtesy or regard for others. The front office staff are a scam and corporate are a bunch of thieves who pay off the local government politicos.

Tired of it is what I am! At least my parents taught me to become educated, work hard, and keep to myself...social values and bad business ethics ruin it for all...
