New tenents come to the front office and are greeted warmly by the front office people and "how would you like some freshly baked cookies' and some Starbucks coffee made fresh'" The front office people are extra friendly and you will only see them that way until you sign on the bottom line...then they change personalities and they do because you are now a victim to be fooled with.

Let's talk rent and value for your money. The rent is excessive because you will never find the value of paying high rent and not getting the service you deserve. The appliances break down and you will not get quick service or if its still somewhat operational, they will tell you that it meets manufacturer's performance and that they will not exchange or fix it. The ovens are notorious for gas leakages. The smoke alarms are the cheapest possible and many have failed due to badly operating ovens and smoke filled apartments without smoke alarms going off. There are a lot of fire trucks and ambulances that go through here. There are lots of thefts and break-ins that happen here too. Don't leave anything worth while in your patios or your kid's bicycles in the front of the door or leave your garage door open. Many people that I have befriended have done this and suffered thefts.

Lets talk about safety. Your car or truck are easy targets if you forget to display or the tag falls off the rear view mirror. 1st time offense in parking without one or even using your garage parking ticket to park outside can result in having your vehicle towed away. Many, many cars and trucks have been towed away at the owner's expense! Don't think its possible' you do it and you will meet Maggot. Maggot is the one who gets a kick out of acting out some ex-cop ---- trip. Let's talk facilities now. The pool looks nice doesn't' both of them. I quit using them when another elderly couple who lived here for 3 years and left stated that other lower class low life apartment dwellers across the street (another Lewis Operating Communities property) use the pools and some of their criminal friends trash the place and every time they do, they leave used dirty disposible diapers in the pools and saunas. I thought it was a joke but when I saw a small kid pull down his pants and piss in the pool, and I went to the front office, they ignored me and said that they would send somebody down there...BS. The pool contractor told me one morning that it frequently happens and the front office supposed to close off the pool area and check it out for health department regulatory parameters...Well, the standing orders are to scoop up poop, sweep broken glass and ignore pee in the pools.

Let's talk about Lewis Operating Communities. They used to be Lewis Homes and the Headquarters is in Upland. Mountain and Foothill Blvd. They maximize profits by not spending much. They own the politics of the Inland Empire because they are the biggest apartment complex owners, shopping mall owners...they contribute the most to politicians. With that said. Your complaints are nothing when they own the local cops. I have seen this along with many who stood watching with jaws dropping on many occasions while injustice happens to tenents. Lewis operating communities edicts are that when you move, they will take your deposit. That cheap carpet' you messed it up and you will pay for a new one. You move and they clean it up and never replace it. Saw it too many times. The cheap shower and faucets, lights and so on that fall apart or simply rust' you messed them up and you will pay up! That garage floor that you know has always looked that way, you messed it up in their words and so you will pay extra to clean it up and when you leave, they won't clean it up and so on and so on the con job goes onward.

Jamboree would not be such a bad place and a bad experience if you stayed away and never rented here. Lets say that this place is a scam and they hold all the cards and you are the victim that will pay for their sick games. That is why this place is no place for any decent family.

The latest one is the parking lot slurry job. They cannot compete with such high rents and the place looking seedy so they instituted a slurry job on the streets. They sent out time of 7AM to 5PM. Everyone abided by the announcement but Lewis Operating Communities lied again. Happens every year. These new tenants parked far away and all kinds of inconveniences to find that they purposely did not take down the barrier because they wanted to play their sick games. Got a memo stating to not put away the barriers...Me' I moved them and told Maggot to call the brothers and or cops, I am an attorney and will suit easily and told Maggot that he would be placed into citizens arrest for malicious activities and assault upon the tenants. He moved the barriers on my threats. The worm needs to be stepped on from time to time.

Harrassment..Lewis OC's favorite profit making scheme. 8 month lease is their favorite because they get more turn overs and thus keep the deposit and higher rental fees. Go anywhere other than here and you would get a better deal.

Go through a broker who deals with rental homes and rent a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with more square footage, better appliances, newer and a bigger back yard than an unimpressive 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with loud neighbors, intrusive front office wanting to inspect every month...
