I have lived hear at Jamboree for over 6 years now and have no intention of moving
I have watched the staff work hard and do every thing they can to help us. I have read
some of the reviews on this site and now believe that the fiction writers behind them
should be ashamed. In the past few years the staff has instituted a parking program
that was very much needed, and with their help the parking has gotten 100% better, I have always been able to get a direct answer from the office staff when needed. and found the maintenance staff to be helpful and very friendly. so folks just remember 6years and counting.

Hi "6 yrs and counting": I am looking at relocating to this area...the area itself is a high crime area...that's a given considering I'm coming from an area with much less crime. I want a candid review on the property. Would you have a few minutes to meet personally if I should be in town. I would prefer a meeting in the rental office if you should have the time and also welcome the opportunity to meet other residents since this website gives a prospective renter very mixed feelings. The meeting would only take 5-10 minutes...and if you have other renter friends I would welcome them to join you. I'm a single person with children that visit me every weekend and I never let my kids out of my sight. I just want to make sure that I'm not going to have problems on top of the normal stress of starting a new job and relocating. Please respond if you have a moment. Thanks!

Anyone who claims that Jamboree is a "great" place has got to be a liar and fraud. Has all the marks of a staff writing lies to post again. The truth is that Jamboree will cost you in money, safety and you being angry at yourself for signing up. I did it for 4 years because I was stuck financially from moving. The first chance I got, I had a professional cleaning crew come in, a carpet cleaning service and an independent inspector to verify and record the condition of the apartment. I didn't want to get raped by the office staff on orders from Richard Lewis's con games.
