Conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, parks, and recreational trails. Main thoroughfares nearby, but not so close that automobile noise a problem. Splendid view of neighboring mountains. You can't ask for a much better setting, except maybe a bluff overlooking the beach. The grounds are generally clean and well-maintained. I wish there were more green-space on the property, but then that's a personal preference and my neighbors don't want to give up their parking spaces to accommodate me; and the co-located park makes ups for the deficiency. The units seem well-maintained and include most up-to-date amenities. I very much appreciate not having to rent a fridge or washer/dryer unit as was required at all of the other complexes I've lived in So. Cal. The one caveat is the very poor choice of seventies track-lighting in the dinning room, which I imagine they would change if I cared to ask. It does seem mysteriously out of character for such a nice unit. It's a gated-community, which has taken me a little bit of getting used to. I'm not sure that it's really all that effective, since everyone seems to let 'unauthorized' traffic in anyway, but there are a lot of families with children in the community and perhaps the fence provides some measure of comfort. And by-and-large, the other residents of the community seem fairly decent. I've experienced no run-ins, or excessive noise/loud music. But I understand the community staff to be responsive should need arise. I would have to rate my 'multi-family' housing experience at Jamboree pretty high. I've lived in a number of so-called 'better' areas than Rancho Cucamonga, and witnessed by far more undesirable activity in those places.

The only positive posts are usually written by the lying staff.
