The apartments and staff appear very nice upon your initial visit. Once you sign the lease things are different. Appliances always broken, cheap carpet, repair people who are rude and lazy. They have only $ in their eyes and will indeed screw you any way possible. These positive reviews are from the office staff trying to boost the rating. Rent somewhere else. If you rent above a garage, you will most likely get no sleep....you can hear the garage door lift up and down! The grounds have missing grass and dog crap all over.

Sounds like Jamboree! Except when we lived there the maintainance people were VERY nice.

Let's be frank here. The maintenance people are the ons's who block traffic with their carts that usually promise to show up at a certain time but never show up! I have personally confronted them and they made me stay inside the the apartment unit all day and lied to my face saying that they have records that prove I was not there and that they left a door hanger saying they showed up! For you see, these scummy maintenance people led by a sociopath with penchant for lies and fabricating so-called records proving whatever they want to prove at your loss are trained the "Lewis" way. Be careful though, the Lewis family contribute money to influence the politics and law enforcement. A veiled threat that they have used numerous times. Save yourself from the grief of living at a place that is just out to take as much money as they can take from you with as little value and expense to them. Place yourself first and avoid living in any Lewis owned communities and do not shop in any Lewis operated shopping communities! NO "EXCEPTIONS" on VERY nice people who are going to dork you in a --- way. Fair warning has been given throughout these posts. I like what one guy posted. What are you? STUPID?
