I've lived here 2 years, and must say that the new management does really suck now. They never answer their office phone, and many times I've been in there and there will be 2 people in the office, not doing much, and they will completely ignore the phone! I've had problems at 4:30 on days they aren't supposed to close until 5:30, and no one was there. Maintenance is GREAT!!!! Always love chatting with them. Great bunch of guys! Office staff needs to change!! Parking is such a joke. I always pass garages full of junk and no car, then pass the always full parking lot where the residents park in visitor spots. I wasn't aware it was a storage facility as well as an apt complex. We were supposed to have roll-down door garages with remote openers installed a year ago. Nothing. I also see tons of dogs around, despite the rules. All of them couldn't have been here before the rule was made. 1 bedroom price is too low to move though.
