I have never lived at these apartments, but I hear alot of positive things about them. For one, they pay water, trash and gas. You get washer and dryer hookups, and laundry facilities. They have a pool and fitness center, and the grounds area is well maintained with the lush environment of trees/ flowers.

Okay, yea I heard about that one incident with a young boy being shot by a security guard. But every place has its ups and downs, Im not sure on whether it was an accident or not, so Im not really in the position to speak on that. But I do know that there are alot of places far more worse, Like Mountain Springs Apartments in Upland. There was a drug bust with swat teams in the same sectional as mine. there were police cars there every night, God knows why! A cars rear window was busted out in brood daylight. The staff has no idea on how to handle bussiness. I just wanted to say to those of you don't recommend Sycamore springs, please leave a reason why, otherwise your simply wasting time.
