--management is awful
--The pool area is extremely noisy
--Loud music, including steady bass noises are almost constant
--The best thing is the mainenance staff.
--They do not value their residents, there have been several occasions when my complaints or comments have been ignored.
--Parking is the worst! All of my visitors have had to park in odd places, making it an unsafe walking distance at night--residents are rude if parking spaces are limited, Office/management has done little to alleviate this problem.
--Security is non-existent. Don't call the patrol, it doesn't work.
--streams and trees are nice, but don't let aesthetics fool you
