I was really disappointed with this apartment complex.

The streams and trees were beautiful, but they did not make up for the state of the apartments. The apartments have poor noise insulation, unhelpful management, no parking, and the prices keep going up.
The insulation in these apartments is not adequate. I was able to hear everything going on in the apartments around me. Also, I lived above a man who smoked. The smoke actually came into my apartment. I found holes in the laundry hook-up area, where the smell seemed to be the worst, but when I spoke to the management, they said it wasn't possible and didn't do anything about it. By the time I moved out, my furniture and clothes all reaked of cigarette smoke.
This apartment complex has horrible parking. Visitors can't find parking, and sometimes even residents have to park across the street.
Ultimately, what made me move out were the prices raising. These apartments aren't worth the rent.
When I moved out, they took a lot of money out of my security deposit for things that were there when I moved in to the apartment. I hand't documented the problems when I moved in because I thought that they were minor enough problems. They charged me for new screen doors for a couple scratches in the screen that had been there when I moved in. They charged me for new kitchen counter-tops for a couple cuts in the surface (once again, were there when I moved in). If you decide to move in here, document every little flaw!!
