Wow, lots of negative comments from some idiot who probably didn't pat his rent. Anyways, I have lived here for close to 2 yrs now and yes the parking is awful especially @ night but where isn't parking in an apt complex hell'.

A few minor maintenance issues which included a burnt out porch light and no heat on a day where its about 50 outside but it was fixed the same day and w/in very good time. When I 1st moved here the complex was owned by a different company and it seemed as if no1 knew wtf was going on but things have changed ...maintenance staff seem to be on the ball, most of the leasing staff is friendly and I know there is always 1 person there I can count on to get things done.

If your thinking about moving here and don't mind minor irritations such as hearing people outside your window @ 3 am on a Sunday night (not all the time) or if u live above garage be prepared to hear it every time it opens and any other common things having to do w/apartments its not a bad place to live pricey but not bad considering what u get Washer and Dryer in unit, Business office w/a fax machine that is pretty much always out of order, nice workout facility. As far as security I haven't had any problems ..no break ins to my car or anything else. If these are things u can deal w/then you'll be fine don't listen to the idiots who haven't given this place a chance and who are mad @ the leasing staff.
