I just moved in yesterday, and I'm not too impressed with the apartment since its supposed to be brand new. It was done very sloppy. Paint drips everywhere, closet doors do not line up flush with wall, accordion doors that open to the washer and dryer looks like they've been used a few million times before us...wood missing, dirty, crooked. The tissue paper roll in the bathroom was mounted crooked and a mile away from the toilet. Paint on the carpet is in a couple of places..turned on the dryer and it smells strongly of gas..we'll have to have that checked out...as for the good stuff, it was clean, and the staff is friendly. The amenities are nice, with 2 pools and a large workout room. Guess we'll see how things go for the rest of the year... :)
