The Reserves has potential to be best or worst...

I agree with the other two reviewers before me as far as their comments go, especially as they concern minor things like paint drips, rushing the details and a not-so-bright office staff. Not returning calls during business hours when trying to find out about move-in details is irritating and ranks up there with not using turn signals when driving.
Those kinds of things can be fixed fortunately and what you're left with is a very pleasant, nice-looking, upscale apartment complex that is amazingly located in a great city.
Unfortunately, you don't get to choose your neighbors like you do your complex or unit in which you live. To that end, there have been several incidents where the residents dull the shine of The Reserves. Teenagers who find tossing cans into trash cans above a swimming pool area where children and their families are relaxing is irritating and uncalled for regardless of where you live. Intoxicated adults who toss chairs off of their patio, play electic guitars at stadium-level volume, cussing loudly outside and to have dogs on patios who howl all day and night is just plain wrong.
Pet dogs do not belong in apartment complexes - ever!
All things considered, I enjoy the style and comfort that The Reserves has. Let's hope the management can fix some of these very fixable issues.
