I am surprised to see that people have such high expectations for apartment living. You can move into a brand new home and have paint drips or paint on the carpet. It happens. If you are that huge of a perfectionist than maybe a white cube is just right for you. You are going to have noisy neighbors, teenagers, and even a staff that isn't up to par while living in an apartment. The Reserve has really gone beyond my expectations. It is really beautiful, has a great location and is designed with a modern feel to it. I love it here. I don't love the noisy neighbors, teenagers or open gate, but you have to compromise when living in a complex with so many people. The price is also great!!!
