No parking and no food

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I rented here but left very unhappy. There was absolutely no parking whatsoever. I had my car towed at least 2x/week. The office didn't care and never helped out.

Also, they have a weird policy about putting GOD DAMN BIKE LOCKS on thier refrigerators. How the ---- am I supposed to get food w/the fridge on lockdown'!'!'!'!'!
