-------- EVERYWHERE. I dont know where they come from, but its crazy. Always working on there crap cars in the parking lots, having like 5 people living in their apartment. Hang outside at all hours drinking and playing that damn flamanco "music". Taking off all their parking spaces. Dont expect to be able to park anywhere near ur apartment.
