Overall, this place is ok. Here are some things I would watch for.
- Price: There are many cheaper places in the area that offer the same things. (pool, business center etc.). Reserve prices go up and down every day and you never know what you will pay. Also, if you renew your lease, your rent will go up to even more than what they are offering on the street that day. Some say it is common in the industry, I think it's shadey!
- Location: A blessing and a curse! Great that you are near Target, Ontraio Mills, and many restaurants. Bad because of traffic and all the drunk people who hang out at Bostons. Lots of fights break out in the parking lots.
- Office Staff: They are nice, but they change every day. You never know who you are going to talk to or what they don't know. I think they had one lady there who was there the entire time I lived there, every one else changed.
- Parking: A red nightmare! If you don't have a garage you are screwed! People park in your spot and after 5 PM forget it. Place fills up.
- Neighbors: Mostly good, but some apartments have 12 kids stacked up in there like sardines. They run around like banchees and cause all kinds of noise.
- Clean: so so. The lawns are clean but the stairs are dirty. They only washed them once in the 2 years I lived there. Lots of litter and trash in the stairs.
- Privacy: They always find reasons to go into people's apartments. It is the stranges thing I ever saw. Either window inspections, fire inspections, filter inspections, in the 2 years I lived there they must have come by at least 10 times to look for something. It's weird.

All and all, just ok. If you keep to yourself and work all the time like I do, you won't care. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I know, I can't believe that he would post such terrible things. I can only imagine that all this is the workings of the guy with the truck that has the sign with the website on it. He better watch himself though. I would keep your racial ignorance to yourself or you might regret it.
