My boyfriend and I moved in and at first were pleasently surprised at how quiet our apatrment was due to the fact it was on the 2nd floor. Then the neighbors upstiars moved in, and that feeling went down the drain. They were LOUD!!!!, they dumped water all over thier patio which would drain onto our patio and drench everything we had outside, and then about 3 months before our lease was up, our apartment was infested by rats! Not just one, but many. Our apatment was immaculate, so there was no reason why we should have rats. They ate our couch, carpet, garbage disposal, left hundred of feces under our stove and patio. It was revolting. And management did not care, we constantly complained, and we finally got a responce when my boyfriend was finally able to catch one, and bring it into the leasing office. Took about 3 and a half weeks to get management involved. The maintinence guy, armondo i belive, was a very big helped and he seemed to be the only one who tried to resolve this issue. It was a horrible experience! Oh and our parking space was like half a mile from our apartment!
