My Husband and I moved in last month and we are VERY happy with our new home. I hardly ever hear a peep from any of my neighbors and when I see them they are friendly. The front office did a great job getting us in a suitable unit and were polite and courteous throughout the entire process. We did have a few minor maintenance issues when moving in, all of which were handled right away. They even left us a note telling us that everything was complete and "thank you."

Parking on our side of the complex is fine. There are always plenty of empty spots. Initally in my apartment search I was somewhat strayed by the parking comments I read on this site. They are all totally wrong. Even on a Friday night.

The grounds and buildings are well kept, new and beautiful. My Husband and I love the location as well- walking disnace from restaurants, the mall and the brand new Target. We have noticed the majority of the renters are younger, in our age bracket of 25-35, which we like.

The only downfall of this community is not the apartment complex, but that the closest grocery store is far away. They are in serious need of a closer store.

I cannot say enough good things!

Did you know that there are 2 grocery stores right down the street? If you drive west bound on 4th street you will find 2 grocery stores about 1/2 mile down on your right.
