More like a home than an apartment

As a resident of a year and a half I'd have to say the Reserve is one of the most comfortable places I've ever lived. It doesn't feel so much like an apartment, but more like a small community. The office staff is always upbeat and relaxed and really made me feel important from the very beginning. Unlike most places in the area, the staff was very relatable and friendly. When I first started shopping around, I found that most leasing staff at surrounding communities made me feel as if they were too busy to help me and that just because I wasn't looking to move BY FRIDAY that I wasn't imporant.Snooty, Snooty , Snooty. The office staff really upheld their end of the bargain by always keeping informed of my application status and continuing that same service when it came to work orders and community wide information after I had moved in. They are always willing to answer any questions I had even if they had to stay 5 or 10 minutes AFTER closing.
The maintenance was very thorough, too. The last work order I put in about a simple drawer being off track was fixed the next day and I even recieved a follow up phone call asking if I was happy with the work done...it shocked me to think that even AFTER they fixed it, they still cared to ask if I was satisfied with the work. Little instances like that really make me feel well taken care of here.
Lastly the thing that made me feel most at home here was the sense of community. My neighbors always stop and say hi in the halls and residents from other buildings gather at the pool for weekly barbeques like its tradition, always inviting the "new neighbors".
Overall I recommend it to all my friends and family...

ha no, actually, but I have worked in property management before which makes me all the more thankful that I don't have to deal with residents like you ANYMORE. Those guys and girls in the office put up with quite a bit aside from renting apartments, and you, the least thankful of all it seems don't quite appreciate good service and instead spend your weeknights on apartment ratings.com sifiting through the rigged, fixed, lying ratings. Maybe its occured to you that those who HAVE been treated superbly appreciate it and don't mind letting other people know that its not near the property some make it out to be. On a final note, you brave anonymous writer you, maybe next time you have something to say or complain about rather you should complain to the office staff? Those on this website are looking for REAL ratings and HONEST issues not those of lonely, disgruntled residents that use this as their own personal myspace. and to those of you that have enjoyed this exerpt, i do not work in the front office nor the company that manages it. Simply pleased and i suggest you go in and see for yourself.
