I am a resident and in the last 2 weeks I have had two notices on my door from management warning that there is a predator on the loose.

Beware of a man dressed in all black including gloves and a mask. First incident a resident was held at gunpoint by the masked man at 5:50 a.m. The second incident one week later the (presumably) same person was dressed the same and was pounding on a residents door after 11:00 a.m. The resident did not let him in and when the police were called he took off.

It is usually pretty safe but please be careful. This could happen anywhere but thought you should know. Also, parking sucks.

Oh you certainly forgot that Boston Resturant sits outside of the Complex and they have a DJ on Friday's and Saturday night which music be loud you can hear in the back of complaz not to menttion they has a shooting there a couple of weeks ago right around the time we got the first notice that we had some estrange idiot running on the loose in the complex. Oh yeah I am sure the property management left that lilttle detail out and didn't inform us that one nor did they inform us that we might have to drive through bullets occassionally. Not to mention out sercuirty is an old man what can he really do nothing... Oh yeah last but not least I cam home last night and what ran out of my empty garage A RAT.... It ran right into someone else garage but to kow that some of these garages lead to people house disgust me.. What is the color pain on your walls because no one seem to know that answer for me for touch up paint for the porus wall. I have been there since April and I can ot say I am a happy camper for all the money I pay monthly...
