The best part of living here is the location and proximity to the airport and freeways, the mall and other stores nearby, plus the variety of restaurants.
I agree with most of the comments here about most of the management staff - they absolutely suck! Immature, very unprofessional and unavailable, in general.
I hate that they put informational flyers like prowlers on the premises or a best-looking patio contest, rolled up or folded up and placed discreetly on your door.
But if you're late for your rent, the whole damn neighborhood knows about it and your name because they tape the note opened and in full view just below the peephole of your door.
This is beyond rude, unprofessional and a clear violation of your privacy. I've asked about this policy since I've been late before, and the management basically could care less. Rather than place the letter in a sealed envelope and sticking it under your door (which in my mind is much less work) they go out of their freakin' way to embarass residents with this incrediblely assinine and condescending procedure.
Plus, the dogs and the dog poop has to go! Dogs and apartments don't mix! Dog owners are often lazy and inconsiderate; I'm sick of smelling dog crap from dogs and their owners who feel some sense of entitlement because they have a poopy animal caged up on their patio all day. ENOUGH!

maybe you shouldn't pay your rent late, and your personal information wont be put on blast. maybe you should reference the civil code instructions for posting and mailing.

Wow. You've completely missed the point, smart person. Maybe you should be working for the Reserves and put that A.A. to work. Oh, wait - you do! Silly me.

1) I agree about the dogs. I say ban them. People don't pick up after them and people don't abide by the weight/breed restrictions. 2) Pay rent or quit notices are posted that way for *legal reasons*. State law requires that they be put up in plain site. No one is trying to shame you. That said, there was an error and they reported our rent late. We received a notice on our door and it was embarrassing. I was livid since it was their mistake. The accountant was very nice and sincerely apologetic, but she couldn't take the late rent notice off of our history - the software won't allow her to do that. Instead I had her put notes our file so that future landlords will see that we weren't late. It had better not be an issue when we move - and we will be moving soon to a townhouse.
