I just recently moved out of Verano apartments and i gotta say its one of the best communities that i have ever lived at. The people there are really friendly and the manager actually took time and listened to wut i had to say, not that many places have that. The property is well kept from what i saw living there. Of course it wasnt 100 percent quiet, but when ur living at an apartment complex, u wont have it quiet all the time. Overall i was satisfied.

You must have lived in some really crappy places before if this is one of the best places you have lived at. The manager does alway listen, but has anyone actually fixed the parking problem? Or stopped people from vandalizing the property (specifically the fountain)? What about all of the trash and cigarette butts laying around? If you read the other reviews you will get a more accurate representation of the property. This review is just plain WRONG.

I think that you havent really rented from verano? Did your work orders get done? The managment is terrible and ive seen about 40 people in and out of there! everyone i have talked to hates veranos. my neighbor thought he was moving into a new apartment untill i told them there was someone living there for entire year with there cat and dog

You must have been on a nicer side than the rest of us..I've lived in apts. before and this is the worst for the money and potential it has..Too expensive for the trash all around, parking problems, noise level, and other apt. issues!
