If there is only 10% people left in OC that smoke they all musta' moved into this complex! Almost everyone you walk by has a cigarette in their hand & they throw the butts everywhere. The smell comes into your appartment too thru vents and cracks around pipes in walls. No way around it. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen! I wish someone would. There has been so many lawsuits in different places over this that most appartments now offer seperate buildings for smokers and non-smokers. Archstone must have good lawyers since they don't.
