Where do I start'

The leasing office will promise you the world then pull it out from under you once you've signed.. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.. and I mean everything! The neighbors here are all self centered people who only care for their own well being and if you happen to do one small thing just wait for the "warning" letter from the office.

Parking' HAHA. There are garages which people use for storage yet when YOU want to use it for one day to hold something there is a complaint. Because of no one using their garages on a regular basis you are forced to park a mile away.

Noise' No major parties but if your upstairs neighbors walk around don't expect to get any sleep. The front office will tell you that you won't hear anything.. ALL LIES!

Grounds' Kept up. But don't expect to sleep in because the gardeners will leave mowers on in front of your window. Either that or they just leave the clippings all over the walkway. People don't respect the leash law or feces law either so don't walk in the grass.

Safety' No major issues. It's RSM. The PIGS are right across the street sleeping in their cars waiting for -------- calls that they will swarm on. I'm a Police Officer in a REAL jurisdiction, this is just --------.

Construction' Besides the fact the ceiling/ floor sucks and makes every noise they seem to paint well.

Maintenance' They are prompt, but not always correct. When I moved in they had to put me in a ------ hotel for two days to "finish" the apartment. They didn't even change the carpet before I moved in and LARGE stains are coming through even though I see carpet crews every week when people move out. Good job. False promises.

Staff' HAHAHA What a F'n joke. Don't expect anything from them. So bad.

Overall' Need I say more. Save your money unless you're paying less than $1200 for a 2/2. There are plenty of other places for the same amount or less and way less of a headache.

Also, good luck if you don't have your own laundry set. People hog the entire room and let their clothing sit for hours on end. They also steal clothes here. Your 'neighbors' constantly block access to your garage. Piles of trash sit outside of the dumpsters.
